Foundations Classes

We have designed 4 individual/small group sessions that will prepare anyone for regular classes. Whether you’ve taken a break from fitness, are coming back from an injury, or have never done any kind of physical activity, these classes are approachable, fun, and super informative. Included in your first month’s membership and scheduled around times that can work for you, these 4 sessions will go over every movement you’ll see in classes and help you find your own personal scales to be successful in a larger group!

Designher Wellness MD

By combining factors such as nutrition, movement, mental and spiritual health medical management, DesignHer Wellness MD creates a personalized plan to help you feel your best at every stage of life. We believe that exceptional healthcare combines medical expertise with personalized attention, creating treatment plans as individual as you are. By offering comprehensive telehealth services and in-person visits, we aim to break down barriers to care and make quality healthcare accessible to women everywhere.

Ladies-Only Fitness

This 3 time a week program offers a space for women to focus on their fitness goals in an empowering atmosphere, a welcoming community for personal growth, and positive attitudes without the use of heavy barbells or high skill gymnastics

Our chiropractic team provides personalized care to support members' recovery and overall well-being, specializing in restoring movement and alleviating discomfort, to help you stay on track and reach fitness goals. Conveniently located directly next door

Mindful Nutrition Management

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or performance enhancement, our coaching takes into account your unique lifestyle, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
